Kari Kambing

Bahan:

750 gr daging kambing, potong-potong

2 ltr santan sedang kentalnya

3 lbr daun salam

3 btg serai

1 1/2 sdt garam

1/2 sdm gula

1/2 btg kayu manis

5 biji cengkih

2 bh bunga peka

2 bh kapulaga

Bumbu halus:

3 siung bawang putih

5 bh bawang merah

5 bh cabai merah, buang bijinya

5 bh kemiri

5 cm kunyit yang tua

3 cm jahe

2 cm lengkuas

1/2 sdt jinten

1/2 sdt adas manis

1/2 sdt lada

1 sdm ketumbar bubuk

1/4 bh biji pala

Cara membuat:

  1. Panaskan minyak, tumis bumbu yang dihaluskan sampai harum, masukkan kambing, masak sampai berubah warna.
  2. Masukkan santan, masak dengan api kecil hingga matang. Siap disajikan.
